For Vapour Blasting it is best to strip your parts completely - This helps us to clean deep into the cavities of the parts such as intake & exhaust ports. It also helps when removing the glass bead media post blasting. 

We do not blast whole engines - Blasting at around 60 psi presents a risk that water & glass media will find its way past tape & bungs. While other companies may offer this service we do not believe it is worth the risk of the catastrophic consequences. 

Absolutely - We have a large 39L Industrial Ultrasonic Tank that's capable of fitting a rack of 4- 6 carbs and car carbs too  - Being an industrial machine its very powerful so reaches all the small and intricate passageways in carbs, brakes & turbos.

Pretty much most metals, rubber & plastic can be Vapour Blasted. 

Alloys such as Aluminium, Copper & Brass as well as rubber foot pegs etc respond especially well to Vapour Blasting and can be left untreated.

It will remove paint and some of the plating on ferrous items such as bolts & brackets etc.... We can apply a light coat of rust inhibitor to help delay flash rust forming but will need to be painted/coated soon after you receive them back.

The million dollar question..... This very much depends on the condition, size & complexity of the part/s - Other than a few fixed price items  We have an hourly rate which we break down - We do not round up the time to the nearest 10-15 mins - We charge you exactly for the time taken and not a penny more. 

If you would like to send us photo's of your parts we can approximate for you from experience, however two parts are never the same so it will be just an approximation.  

We do not charge anything up front. We only invoice you once the work is complete & we are satisfied with the results. Once complete, we send you an invoice which you can pay by most credit/debit cards or bank transfer (BACS)

Normally just a day or two..... If you have a specific need just contact me in advance & we will do my very best to accommodate.

Absolutely..... We are happy to receive your parts in person and can accommodate same day service if arranged in advance. Some small jobs can be done while you wait.  Based near Newmarket there are very good major road links nearby.
